Parts-to-Equipment RatioParts $ รท Equipment $. Under 0.5 = replacement-focused. Over 1.0 = repair shop.
YoY Growth RateYear 2 vs Year 1 and Year 3 vs Year 2. Two-period trend, not just single-year change.
Tier AssignmentGrowth, Developing, or Counter โ€” based on combined weighted score across all metrics.
Tenure Mismatch FlagDealers tenured 5+ years with scores under 45. These accounts are receiving rep time they have not justified.
Quadrant PlacementUnits per week vs total purchases. A, B, C, D quadrant determines rep prioritization direction.
